Matching gifts are a type of employee benefit where companies financially match donations that their employees make to eligible nonprofits, like Tindley Accelerated Schools.

 

When you make a donation, you can often submit a request to your employer, who will then make a separate contribution—sometimes doubling or even tripling the impact of your gift.

• Most companies match at a 1:1 ratio, but some go further with 1:2 or 1:3 matches.

• It's an easy way to multiply your support and help Tindley scholars thrive.
