Reopening Message from our CEO

CEO
Tiger Community,

We are excited about the 2020 school year! We are faced with uncertain times; however, we remain focused on offering families options that meet their needs. Beginning Monday, August 17, 2020, we will start offering both in-person and remote learning. Regardless of the model that you select, we want you to know that daily attendance, class participation, and assignment completion is very important. Keeping with our “College or Die” motto, we must maintain our high academic standards for every scholar.

We want to make sure that we strengthen the connection between home and school by fostering constant lines of communication with families and teachers that will guarantee scholar success. This year we are excited to announce a  key update to support families in need.  We now have social workers in each school to provide additional support during these challenging times.

While it is our goal to continue to offer in-person learning, in order to do so, we must all continue to practice good hygiene not only in school, but outside of school as well. The threat of spread in or around our campuses will result in all schools adopting a virtual model until we feel it’s safe to re-enter our buildings. We ask for your patience and understanding as we make good on our promise to educate every child regardless of their past academic performance.
